Who I work with

I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and attachment-based or relational trauma. I especially enjoy supporting young professionals in their 20s and 30s as they work to balance career demands, relationships, and their own inner lives. My approach is thoughtful, helping clients develop insight, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of clarity and direction.

Therapy is a collaborative process—together we will identify what it is you’re hoping to work on, and explore different pathways that will bring you closer toward your goals.

I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Dr. Rayna Harris. I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering individual psychotherapy in the Oakland and Berkeley areas. I have lived and worked in the Bay Area for over fifteen years, and feel deeply connected to the communities I serve. In my practice I strive to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and genuinely supportive, where people can show up as they are.

I draw from a number of evidence-based approaches (i.e., psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma focused therapy) and work together with my clients to find the approach that best fits their personality and individual needs.

Together we create a container of support for when you are…

  • Wanting to set stronger boundaries in your relationships

  • Hoping to find balance within your system but feel like certain parts of you are in driver’s seat
